All candidates are required to register online and upload necessary documents during the specified window.
The registration portal opens on 22 July at 12:00 noon and will close on 26 July at 11:59 PM. Late applications will not be entertained.

PC Category: Mandatory Medical Board Attendance
Physically Challenged candidates must appear in person for medical verification to claim reservation benefits.
They must report at LT-II, SCB Medical College, Cuttack on 23rd or 25th July 2025. Failure to attend will result in disqualification from the PC quota.

ES Category Verification Process
Ex-Servicemen category candidates need to present themselves for verification in Bhubaneswar.
They should appear at the Rajya Sainik Board, IRC Village, Nayapalli on 23rd or 24th July 2025. Missing these dates will lead to cancellation of ES category claims.

Merit List Schedule and Data Review
After registration, authorities will verify all uploaded data before publishing the merit list.
Data reconciliation will be done on 27th and 28th July. The provisional State Merit List will be released on 29th July at 5:00 PM. Objections must be raised by 30th July, 5:00 PM.

Final Merit List on 1st August
The final list of eligible candidates will be released after resolving all objections.
Only candidates with a valid state rank in the final merit list will be eligible for MBBS/BDS counselling under the Odisha state quota.
